Tracie--you should join the January Mileage challenge! LadyHawke hosts a monthly challenge, and you get to set your own mileage goal.
What I like about the Mileage challenge is that it can be done on any machine, or mileage from walks, etc. You can join the gang--it's a REALLY good way to stay motivated...when I'm at the gym I'm always thinking, I'll just do 2 miles, then I remember the mileage challenge and push myself to 3!
