I saw this site in Women's Health magazine this month. They have a daily downloadable 1 hour yoga video. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks great! You can even search their site archives for past videos.

Thanks. I am interested in yoga and meditation. Although, I think I have to wait until I can sit on the floor and then actually get up before I give it a go. But hey, I can check out the site right!
