Re: Where do you carry your keys, cell phone???

I have recently bought a 1.5 litre hydration sack. It holds (strangely enough) 1.5 litres of water and has a little pipe that you can suck the water through, to drink on the go. You wear it on your back, like a ruck sack (that may be a british term, not sure what a ruck sack is in the states). On this pack, there are also a couple of little pouches, one big enough for my phone.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I found this neat armband by NIKE at Academy Sports. Its pretty decent size, not water bottle size though. I usually don't drink while out and about because it gives me that sloshy feeling. I wait until I am home.

        ruck sack / fanny pack

I have commented before on the dangers of using the latter term with an international audience.

        See "fanny"

English slang words beginning with F. This extensive British slang dictionary, first published in 1996, presents slang & informal expressions currently in use in the UK.
