Hi, I go to the gym 5 days a week. Weight training 5 days a week in the am, and cardio 4 times a week at night, weekends off. I am on day 7 of induction and have lost 6 lbs. I usually eat about 2 hours before I work out and drink water but I have started getting really light headed right after my workout. Should I eat right before working out or should I be drinking something different. I have been working out since September so going to the gym is not new, the only change is Atkins. (Which this is my 3 time doing, and I was very succesful on the other 2 times lost almost 75-100 lbs each time.)

That is impressive with you having lost 75 - 100 lb before on this WOE.
I'm hoping to lose at least that amount....been trying to get my butt into gear for a long while...
I know what you mean about the lightheadedness.....I'm thinking to eat something right after working out.
