) as a good way to spend quality time together and get fit.
Thought it might be of interest (there are some ideas about what to do at the bottom) and made me think of Julirama's couples' yoga.
Perhaps it's the way forward?
Out of interest who does exercise with their partner? I practice football and play badminton with my BF. He won't swim with me though anymore - I'm too good
