Okay, I am looking for some advice here. I have recently discovered that I have very high blood pressure (which is why I am so serious about my weight) ANYway, the doctor recommended yoga and pilates, but anything on the floor somehow sends my blood pressure skyrocketing, and I want to be active so bad, but the headaches this causes are so unbearable! Sooo, any suggestions, I NEED to excercise...I was thinking about those 15 minute mile walking tapes until it warms up outside...
