Ok...I'll share...When I jog, I get what I like to think of as the Booty Bump Jump. This is when it feels like my behind has a mind of its own, and a trampoline to go with it. With every stride it feels as if it's trying to jump off me, and into the next zip code.
While I'm in the process of achieving that Janet-Jackson-Tight-Body-Look
, what can I do about this? Are there any special garments that I could get to combat The Jump when I jog? Do I have to endure it, hoping it won't bump and jump high enough to hit me in the back of the head and knock me unconscious where I stand?
Am I the only victim of the *cue scary music* Boot Bump Jump?

For me, it is also noticeable when I do an aerobic tape, jumping jacks, etc, in addition to jogging. I like to think that the extra movement, although independent of my thoughts and actions, are burning a few extra calories or losing-up the fat cells in order to get transported out. Yeah, not likely, but a girl can dream, right?
