Hi guys! I'm new to this site and am just starting the Atkins diet. I started running last fall, quit for a month during the holidays and started back about a month ago again. I like running outside, but found a gym for 10/month so have been going there while it's been cold on my lunch hour. I only get 1/2 hr to exercise, but can usually get a good 2-2.25 miles in or do some weightlifting at least one day that week. I'm wondering if there is any challenges going on right now that I could join to stay motivated? Also, do you think I'll have any problems running during the induction phase?
