I just started atkins about 2 weeks ago and am done 10 pounds with minimum excersise (walking 30 mins a day). I am ready to get healthy and need some help! i am mentally ready for this, i just need the push!! I am afraid that I wont be able to maintain my workout and slowly lose it. I work much better with people. I was wondering if anyone knew of a personal trainer in my area (I live in the Atlantic highland sin NJ but work around Ocean NJ so either is fine) or a gym around me that is good. OR it would be great if anyone lived close by to me and needs a workout partner
