I was thinking of starting a walking/exercise club in my neighbourhood. I feel like it would be a great thing to hold me accuntable for my own exercise, Because other people are counting on me to excercise with them then I am forced to excercise. I have posted a thread before about how much I hate to excercise. This idea has been inspired from that thread. Maybe this will help me to be accountable.
Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have any thoughts on how to organize such a thing. I am a beginner excerciser. I know there will be people that will be advanced. How will that work? Or, could I just ask for people that are in the same boat that I am in? I just dont know.
