I have been sick for the past few days with the flu but am starting to feel much better. I have not been able to work out but have gone for 15 minute walks because thats all my body can take right now (i still feel weak). I do not want to push myself too too much since I am just beginning to feel better but does anyone know anything I can do to start 'upping' my excersise again? Things that will help aid me in quest for weight lost but that wont make me feel worse??
