Okay, so last night was my sons Wrestling Banquet! I video taped it...I got called to the front because of helping etc.....OMG!! 'I know I know' I need to lose, but when were up in the mornings, putting on makeup, fixing our hair....we think "yeah I REALLY need to lose, but the makeups good.....and dang the hair looks good....and we walk out the door.....The full body....we know it....but "I" try not to look....I can't see the ENTIRE picture, standing in front of the mirror....Put yourself on cam....
.OOOOOOOOOOHHHH.....I cheated to....Do we have confessions thread?? haha....At the banquet, I had 2 soft tacos w/ meat & cheese....It was good I just hope it doesn't throw me off too much. I am a month today and haven't lost in 2 wks.....(on the extended)
So the thing I noticed the most....My back and shoulders....(and the roll around the middle)I feel HUGE there....Ok, I "look" huge there. I'm the apple shape maybe, no butt.....all up top...
I could critisize myself forever...but what kinds of exercise pinpoint that part of the body??? I got the belly too but I know what to do there.....and later as I lose, I need to "tone" the butt.....help I need one haha....
