So Im finally over the flu and ready to get back into action and there is a hurricane outside my house haha! I dont go to a gym so I usually walk outside everyday for 45 mins (rain sleet or now most of the time) but i live 3 blocks from the beach and we have severe thunderstorms and hurricane winds so I am not going out. Any ideas on something I can do indoors that will give me the same effect of my walks? I did my weights already and my yoga but am stuck on what to do? Thanks!!
