    Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do for exercise that is non impact on joints?

    Ive been swimming and aqua aerobics but im wanting something a bit different, and as there is a challenge starting i want to give something a go...

    preferably something i can do from home! if i had the time id just swim more!

    All I can think of is a bike, indoor or outdoor. Otherwise, smaller weights for upper body.

    I have all kinds of stretches and workouts for the muscles of the legs that are done sitting or lying down; no impact on joints. Is that the kind of thing you're looking for?

    How did your visit to the doctor go on Monday?
