  • Arm exercises??

    I am looking for GREAT exercises to do to get rid of that nice flap of fat that hangs down from your arms.. haha.

    I do regular weights upper and lower every day but I didnt know if anyone knew of anything that helps that specific area REAL well?? Thanks guys!

        I use tricep dips and arm extensions and I find they work really well. I even do extras just before I go out as it seems to make the area tighten up immediately!

          I'm a visual kind of girl. I think I need to find a video. LOL I HATE my "wing flaps"

            I know what you mean about the visual thing! I find it really frustrating when they just have drawings in magazines and your meant to work out the whole exercise from someones scribble! I got the two exercises I use from a DVD by Joanna Hall - she's a major fitness person here in England. It is called drop a dress size in 4 weeks but it was free on the front of the magazine so is Probably a shorter version of another DVD. There are other exercises on there and I have found them all to be really effective.
