lifting dumbbells. you don't need a gym and you don't really need the dumbbells. if you got 'em, use 'em if not, gottle of water, food cans, milk jugs with water or sand will work nicely.
check out the following site to get some ideas and also watch for the Exercise of the Day that bradybunch posts in this forum 2 times a week. some of the exercises deal with the problem areas you have mentioned.
woady, I keep a set of 3 lb dumbells here beside me on my desk and when I'm reading I just lift and do curls, and a few other exercises. In just a few short weeks I've noticed a marked difference in my arms. They're more defined and smaller. Little things sometimes make a big difference.
