When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.

I <3 DDR. I used to be in a DDR team in San Antonio when it was really big at the Arcades. 6th place in Texas, Class B, homies.
And that was before I lost the 75 lbs. I wonder how I would do if I were to play it now...

did anyone ever pledge to do DDR as a challenge? Just wondering, because it's my fav exersize, i do it everyday...i have the xbox version of it.Comment

I love DDR; I've been playing for well over 3 yrs now. If its ok, I posted a thread on how users can get into the game. It looks a little messy, but thats what happens when I put too much data out there lol. In The Groove for PC/Arcade in the game dance game... too bad Konami now controls them because of IP infringment .
