So after my 2 week induction, I started on extended yesterday and started increasing my cardio. I'm getting up at 4:30am and running a mile and then tracking my miles that I walk with a pedometer throughout the day. I did 7.85 miles for a total of 8.85 miles on Monday and then did my mile run this morning. I'm already hurting. I plan on doing a minimum of 40 miles a week and may find that doing 50 miles will be fairly easy.
Is there anything that I can take that is Atkins friendly to help speed up the recovery?
