i noticed that after being on atkins for about 2 weeks and starting up going to the gym again at that point, i became EXTREMELY light headed and dizzy and weak feeling about half way through my exercise program and i always work out hard when i go to the gym and that has really NEVER happened to me like that before...does anyone else ever experience the same thing? does anyone know what i can do to correct that? is it because of atkins do you think or could there be another explanation?
