  • Advice!!...Anyone??

    ok, so me and my 2 friends have this weight loss contest going on right now until june 4th (lol thought those guys were great) and we're going to be judging it based upon percentage of weight loss rather than just lbs so its more acurate and fair that way, and whoever wins gets a big prize...so the advice im seeking is what do you all think i should do about exercise JUST UNTIL JUNE 4TH....i really really want to win, and i know that my body will look better of course if i tone and gain muscle but right now i dont want to gain any muscle weight even if it is good weight and i still lose inches, so until the 4th i really just want to shed alot of lbs and work on toning and muscle building later...do you think that is ok?...and if i just do alot of cardio do you think that would help me lose fat and lbs, or does that also build some muscle and add muscle poundage? lol not too sure on that one...and not too sure what to do...i just really wanna drop as many lbs as i can by the 4th and win this thing!! any suggestions?....advice?.....comments?....concerns? lol

    Do cardio 4 times a week for a minumim of 30 minutes, go for an hour if possible

    And light weights twice a week. Light weights will help you tone up, not build bulk.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
