This site is awesome!!! You can create routes for your walking/running with an online pedometer...You will know exactly how long your route is by creating your own map...this site is great for helping you keep track of your running/walking and it even has a log that works with your map to tell you how many calories you burn depending on the intensity of your walk/run.
I just found it so I'm still figuring it all out, I just created the route I walk in my own neighborhood and now I know that I've been walking 2 miles each time I go out!! I always wondered! hehe
You can also keep track of all other activities!!! IT caluclates how many calories you burn per exercise based on your BMI
