OK, I admit, I've been a total slug for a long time.
I've been doing the Slim in 6 exercise program and have done well. I have two more days and I'll have finished it. Would like a break from that, but I don't know what kind of exercise I should do.
What's a good idea to do? I hear about cardio and strength training and fat burning and I'm confused. What's a good weekly program to do that gets me healthy, lose weight and get rid of the flab? Slim in 6 really helped my legs get in good shape and I've lost inches. I'm older and have the "old lady wings" on my upper arms. Would really like to get rid of them. The rest of my weight is glued onto my core-upper thighs, belly, hips and rib area.
Any help would be appreciated. I love this board!
