  • My weekly rutine of exercises.

    Hello everybody, hope you're doing great with the diet, I've been now almost like two months and a half with Atkins, haven't feel better before. Now I like some advices and maybe someone with more experience can solve a few doubts I have.

    I'm working out in the gym Monday to Friday, one day we focus in upper body and the next day in legs etc...
    I usually do spinning for 40 minutes, I like it very much . I do five minutes sit and two minutes stand and faster this method during all the 40 minutes... sometimes we have a guide so the rutine may vary... but it gets hard
    I dont know the reason but these days I've been sweting a lot more than before,
    well when Im done with these I practice with the machines lifting weight like 40-70 pounds in legs,
    buttock, inferior body in general... to arms, chest and upper body I use like 20-30 pounds.
    4 sets of 12 repetitions for any of these exercises.
    Remember, one day upper body and the next day inferior body.
    Finally like 5 minutes in spinning bike or elliptical.

    I like you comment me about this, Im watching very good results in legs and abdomen by the way, Im really happy now, I eat more I have to tell and drink like 3L of water.

    Also, what should I eat after this exercises? Tomorrow I will go to my third latter of OWL yay!


    My goal:
    I started Atkins: May 29th
    Breast: 90-90-90cm
    Waist: 78-72-66cm
    Hips: 94-87-87cm
    Body type:5' 2" inches (159cm)
    I dont think I want to lose more weight, just complete correctly the phases. I LOVE ATKINS!

    Sounds like you're doing pretty well. I'd give you pointers but I figure I'm more in a position to get them from you. Happy spinning!
