I find that the Rocky IV Soundtrack is quite good. I basically work out to the same music Rocky worked out to in the movie. I remember him in the movie working so hard to get into shape and I actually feel inspired because Sylvester Stallone really did those work outs for his character. If he can do it, I can do it. And so can you!

Oh wow! That's my favorite soundtrack too. I love "The Eye of the TIger" Is that the name of that song? LOL! I love several of the songs in that CD. It really gets you pumped.
