If you live in the City and want to join a gym for very little money check out www.nycgovparks.org. There are several facilities scattered around NYC. The recreation center near my apartment has an olympic size pool, aerobics, basketball court/volleyball court, free weights, and several exercise classes for only $75 a year, that's right a year. A bargain by any standards.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
