Hey guys--I started the August Abs Challenge yesterday. Is it possible that two days of crunches after such a long exercise hiatus could have made my scale jump up a half pound? Sore muscles holding onto water or something? I find it hard to believe I've gained half a pound of muscles in just 166 crunches--haha--but I was *not* happy with the .5lb increase, especially on my last day of induction.
I know, I know--it's only half a pound. But the numbers have *not* gone up in 13 days, and I am obviously impatient
Just wondered if the crunches could have triggered this slight (and hopefully temporary) gain.
Any thoughts?
