I discovered kayaking last fall and absolutely love it. It's one of the main things that has brought me back to this woe, so that I can expand my skills. (I'm kind of stuck with progressing as long as I'm too heavy to pull myself up to do a self rescue). That and my over $100 pfd that was supposed to fit my measurments is sooo tight, I can hardly breath when I zip it up, so I leave it unzipped most of the time (doesn't do much good that way, and not a good example for my kids). So just wonderin if there's any other Atkins-yakers around that can maybe share some good exercises that will help with getting to that next level?
