squats- what exactly will it do for my body? I dont have a big rear, i actually would love to build that area. I'm apple shaped so below the kness are thin, so will squats make my quads really big? I dont want big quads and lil drum stick legs(below the knees. Any adivce would be appreciated. Anyone planning on doing a squat challenge?
