Ok so I just got my SLim Series, the second part to Slimin6 and I am super confused on what tape I should be doing first.
I have been doing Burn it up for a while now, which is level three of Si6, I got like 6 tapes in the shipment of slim series and they all say different things like tone it up, mix it up, tear it up, etc. but what they don't say is any kind of numbering or order that they should be in. Should I just pick up and pop it in and try not to die during the workout or something. Or is it like slimin6 that has a definate increase in intensity by each tape?
Any tips?
Plus the beachbody.com website is so unclear about this series, they provide no information on which one you should do when.
