I hope this is the start of my FULL marathon training. Today I have sent my entry form off for 2008's London Marathon. I have to wait on the Ballot and hope that my name is pulled out. There is a limit on the runners to around 47,000 and each year they get about 150,000 applications to run. So, I shall now wait and see if I am successful or not. The Ballot is to be held at the end of October.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
