Ok so I am in the army 18 year vet. just got back from iraq where i didnt do much exercise and put on some weight. so I just started the atkins thing and i am running 4 miles a day 5 days a week. well today was my first run since i started and man was i tired.
any advice?

I always imagined that in the army everyone did loads and loads of exercise, lol.
(but don't overdo it... go with what you're comfortable with, and then a tiny bit more. Increase gradually)
