Weighted Hula Hoop
Hey guys! Has anyone tried a weighted hula hoop? My bf's sister has one and said its good (shes tiny to begin with though), and I was contemplated buying one in hopes that it would help tone my love handles and belly. Has anyone had any experience with one?

hi jaded...i have one and i love it! it is a 5 pound hoop. i found it when i was going to curves ages ago (i don't go there anymore). i was skeptical at first but it does work! -
