    Hi guys my legs are really fat and i need to try and loose them as i cannot never get anything to fit me!!! So i need some advise on what i need to do to loose the weight on my legs!!!

    altho there aren't any specific exercises to do to target individual spots on the body...I am very happy with the weight that I lost in my legs and thighs. I did it mainly from walking. I bought a pedometer and since the Surgeon General recommends taking 10,000 steps a day (5 miles)...I worked my way up to that and then exceeded it after about 1 year. I did add weights, floor exercises and ball exercises and swimming occassionally...but every day I walked.

      I think the stationary bike does amazing things to legs and hips too.

        They say the very best way to burn fat is to increase muscle .......... there may not be any specific ways to target fat loss in a specific area but there are tons of excercises aimed at toning the thighs hips and buttocks .......... I would find and focus on those ......... There is the squat challenges and don't worry if you join one about some of the big numbers people post commit at first to just 10 a day if you can't do ten at once do 5 ........ and if you can't do five do 2 you will be amazed at how quickly it changes and improves for you. And hey before you start a focused work out like that get your measurements! The change will inspire you to do more and more.
