My dad sent me this nifty lil tracker thingy that goes in my show and keeps track of things when i do my walking/running exericse that coordinates through my Ipod.

Does anyone else have this or heard of this? If so, have you been able to use it without buying the Nike ready shoes??

YES! I LOVE mine! I have the shoes, but you don't have to.

I used cloth medical tape to tape my sensor to the tongue of another pair of shoes.

Unlace the shoes, put the sensor on top of the tongue (or cut a little slit in the tongue of the shoes and place the sensor inside) then use the medical tape to hold it on the tongue or over the hole you cut. Then lace the shoes back up. Make sure to calibrate your shoes to your ipod on a track or KNOWN distance.

I love this little gadget. It keeps track of distance, calories, time and everytime you synch your ipod, it sends the data to Nike's website where you can keep track. Then, for every milestone (like 100, 500 miles) you get little "award" icons you can post on bulletin boards and stuff.

Wow ValidRouge that is awesome thank you, i was looking at this going damn i can't afford new nikes lol. Your pics look awesome congrats on your success at this. I hope i can have the same success you have on this!

I also like it will give you that extra push song lol at a click of a button lol. It seems really interesting, i believe it indicates its interactive with other people all over the world online and have challenges and stuff. I just found out my sister-in-law has one.
