I love to exercise but recently have been absolutely forcing myself to go to the gym and once I get there am doing the absolute minimal, then dashing home and thinking about what I can eat next. It's weird - although I think it has something to do with the fact that I'm eating less fat because of my high-cholesterol diagnosis. Bottom line - I'd love it if there were someone out there in a similar boat to me who is pretty active and wants to compare workouts, make mini-goals, gove support etc. I don't have too much to lose but really want to tone and firm up. Usually I do the treadmill or elliptical machine, some light free-weights etc at the gym. At home I sometimes do a Billy Blanks Bootcamp video and have bought a Pilates one but never done it yet (can you believe it??)
