    but only if you are feeling better today. i am gonna take a rest day from pushups, i only have 51 left to reach GOAL! then tomorrow morning i will hit it! in december i plan on alternating pushups and squats so i can give worked muscles a day to repair and replenish themselves.

    in january i am thinking of doing those ball-ups (is that what they're called?).

    thanksgiving saw my weight fluctuate upward a bit....however i am proud to say that, as of this morning....i am back down to around 261!!

    still have a long road ahead of me so if i lose my focus or appear to be slacking a bit....please please please.....i need everyones support here. get on my a$$ to stay the course!!
