looks like i averaged 88 pushups/day for november!! not so bad.....for a guy who, just a few months ago, had like..88 servings of nachos each month LOL!!
i hope we can all bring in december with a positive tone and be proud of our accomplishments at its closing. we have 31 days this month to make a difference......and the longest jouney starts with a single step.
