    Does anyone have a good exercise to do for that back fat roll under the bra area?

    For upper back, I like:
    reverse flyes
    clean and press
    upright row
    reverse grip row
    pushups with the elbows in

    For lower back, I like:
    hyperextensions
    deadlifts
    lying back presses

    Check out shapefit.com, they have GREAT exercises--they're organized by body part, and each exercise has a demonstration.
