I just started low carbs today and I have attempted this before. I would really like to get through this and lose the 40 lbs I have been wanting to lose for good. Can you please give me some advice on exercise? Is it possible to lose weight on a low carb diet without going full throttle with the exercise? I am hoping that my energy level will pick up once my body is adjusted to the diet.

give it a week and I can almost guarantee that you will have more energy than you have ever had before.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I agree with Rich 100%. Give yourself time to get that carbage out of your system and you'll feel better than ever. Meanwhile, exercise as you can .. walking is a great start ... and build slowly from there!

You can do it and I can vouge that Atkins and exercise is amazing you'll be amazed at how quickly you adapt and how easy exercise becomes.sigpic
