    .. no cool running thread since 12/23?

    Okay, where are all the runners????????????????????????????????????????? Its the 3rd of January ... and nobody has posted their running since the week of Christmas ... I *hope* you're out there, and just haven't posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    As for me, I'm back in full gusto after a very butt-kicking month of work ...

    Monday, 12/31: 6 miles
    Thursday, 1/3: 6 miles

    I'm starting to train for my 15k and 1/2 marathon the weekend of 2/9 and 2/10. Need to get up to running 15 miles on Saturdays between now and then.

    COME ON YOU PEOPLE ... RUN!

      I am still running. My mileage is up again in the 25-30mpw range as my spring marathon training will be starting soon. November and December were rough months with lots of icy roads, but I am getting my winter running groove again. (Getting acclimated to wind chills in the negatives and running through snowy roads has taken more to get used than last year.) I am healthier now than I was after the marathon. On to Fargo...

          Hey Betty, just wanted to drop by and say hi again, now that I'm back again, after being away for a few years. Looks like you're still running lots, and you look just wonderful! I haven't done much running, but am starting to workout with the DVD's at home. I'll be looking forward to seeing you around in the excercise threads!

              I have a FULL marathon to start training for - due to run it on the 13th April. Unfortunately I am unable to do any training for it what so ever at the moment as have a severe bronchial problem. Doctor has given me some antibiotics hopefully they will work, but at the moment I can hardly breathe and am coughing constantly. My running will resume shortly (I really hope).

                  I've actually started running again!

                  Last week I did a 5-miler, a 7-miler, and a 4-miler. I've been using the Galloway interval method, and it's been working really well!

                      No running since Monday's 8k. Have an awful head cold. Going to try and get out tonight. With Disney next weekend, this couldn't come at a worse time.
