    today i wanted to walk during my 30-minute lunch break at work......but it was like 18 degrees out!! so i ventured out anyway. there is a 5 story parking garage across from the hospital in town. with enclosed stairs in two corners. so i went to the parking garage and climbed the stairs up on one side to the 5th level...then out on the top deck and across to the other side.....and then down five stories. then across and back up.....and so on. i think i went up 25 flights of stairs and down 25 flights of stairs.....it was a pretty decent workout when most people would have stayed inside because of the cold

    Nice workout Chris.. You should join the Pledging flights challenge... it's great fun... you get to climb Mount Everest and other virtual mountains by counting your flights.
