Hello- i was wondering if this was good to do( i know any exercise is better then none) but is this reccomened, i am trying to go to the gym to weight lift during my lunch hour mon-fri alternating the days between the lowerand upper half of the body, i do the machines and it takes about 20-25 min IS THIS A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME?? also after work i am trying to go and walk a mile on the treadmil at about 3.0-3.5 mph which takes about 20 min or a little under, IS IT OK OR GOOD TO BREAK UP THE WORKOUTS LIKE THIS?? I am not as tired so i dont feel l ike its a lot of exercising this way. IS A MILE IN 20 MIN OR UNDER GOOD OR SHOULD I BE TRING TO DO 30 MIN OR 1.5 MILE WHICH WOULD BE BETER??
