I restarted Atkins yesterday after being off of it for a while. I was really pumped up and excited about it, but when I went out for an evening jog I sprained my ankle, yikes! Does anyone know of any cardio I can do (besides swimming, I don't have access to a pool) that doesn't require alot of stress on my ankles? Thanks a bunch

Oh girlfriend, I am sorry to hear that!!
Did you see your doc? Are you using ice or heat?
If it were me, I wouldn't do ANY exercise until the ankle heals. You don't want to chance long-term injury by not allowing your body to heal itself. Meanwhile, I'd be eating lots of healthy protein to repair that muscle tissue!
REST, RECOVER, RESUME!
