Hi, I just got back to the Atkins thing since it really is the way I've had the most success. But I want to tone and get in shape as well as just lose weight (obviously) so this time I want to really fit a workout into my day. I want to run, but I've heard a lot about these Slim In Six videos. Are they really that good? What have been your experience with them? And how hard are they? I see people say they work, but what exactly does the workout consist of? I appreciate your help. Thanks.
