So im 17 and my friend is 16,i am morbidly obese and she is just overweight,we have been exercising 6 days a week for an hour+ each day and alot of people have been telling us that we are over exercising
i personally feel really great about the exercising it has helped me lose alot more weight within a day and also has made me just feel good abotu what im doing ..
so i guess im asking is there really such a thing as too much exercise
r we doing something wrong??
