I got this from the heart rate monitor sticky:
I'm currently doing a round of Slim in 6 in preparation to do P90X. For those of you who don't know what that is, you can find it at beachbody.com. I'm sure I will be pushing myself to do these workouts atleast for a little while until I get the hang of them and I'm wondering if I'm going to be burning a ton of muscle instead of fat since P90X wasn't designed to be done with a low-carb lifestyle? Any answers/ideas/suggestions??

I'm already looking foward to the days of walking on the treadmill instead of pushing through these workouts. Slim in 6 has me wore out already.
