i was keeping track! not only did i meet my goals in the exercise challenges but, get this......i totaled over 2100 minutes of cardio in the month of january!! long walks, my cardio intervals, climbing flights of stairs in a parking garage, the treadmill, the elliptical, the bike and wind sprints and walking on my lunch break!! its been a great month
