Okay, so I'm ready to start adding some exercise into my life
With that said, I'm on day 4 of induction and I'm not the strongest I've been, by far. I don't want to over exert myself and pass out, but I do want to start working out to get me out of a lazy day routine. I really want to start joining some of the challenges...but I need to get my feet wet (so to speak) before I jump in the pool
Any suggestions?
