how to get six pack abs?

Can you recommend some courses for building six pack abs? I'm a novice muscle builder and want to compile as much info as possible.

Betty, I'm sure you'll think that I'm odd, but that link tickles me! I realized that I do most of those moves now with P90X. Now I'm really going to be looking for those abs when I start losing weight again and continue with the program! Just thinking about it has totally made my day!


mplawssix - I do most of those moves in my workout program. I don't have a six pack yet, but I can definately tell that I'm getting there! I think Betty gave you some very good information. I've seen people's before and after photos on the message boards that have done the program that I'm doing, most of them have rock hard abs. I believe those moves work!
