    I think that just a basic cardio on three days and some sort of weight lifting on the others would be optimum for sculpting and losing.

      slim in 6 is a great workout. You get the cardio and the arm bands for the strenghing of the upper body. It's pretty intense.

        I'm a huge winsor pilates fan for the abs/waist/butt definately..though i don't think you get much arm workout. i think free weights are your best bet for that (though i have no idea about Slim in 6). You can pick up cheap weights at walmart if you don't want to join a gym. Even with a video routine weight lifting is great exercise.
